When you contact us through the form, we collect your name, email, company, website or Instagram, your message and, if you choose one, a budget range. If you came from one of our service pages, we also note which one. We use it to respond and, if we work together, to deliver our work. We keep client data for seven years (Dutch tax law) and other enquiries for two years.

We measure visits with Plausible Analytics. Plausible uses no cookies and stores no personal data: it counts page views, the referring site, the country and the type of device, without tracking individual visitors. The data is stored in the EU.

We use service providers for hosting, email and statistics, all bound by GDPR-compliant agreements. We do not sell your data.

Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete or port your data, and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Email info@sparkd-studio.com to use any of these rights.
