World before work.
Every campaign sits inside a world. The world comes first. Who lives there, how it is lit, what the rules are, how it speaks. The work that follows is only as coherent as the world it lives in.

Direction over generation.
Anyone can generate. Few can direct. We treat AI as a camera and a crew, not a button you press until something good comes out. Shot lists, lens choices, lighting, art direction. Sometimes the shoot is real. Sometimes we build it frame by frame. The discipline is the same either way.
